i would like to ask you about the best kind of pills to lose weight....
i been reading about Solidax ADX
and am really intrested...but same kind sceard..
am 90 kg and 170 cm tall.....looking to lose 25-30 kg
already on diet which is dates and skimmed milk diet(1 cup skimmed milk + 7 dates three times a day)
would you please let me know what you think about that pills and if there is some better kinds you can recommended for us(fat women) thanks alot for you time.
